Matthew 15: 18-20 (God's Word)

Sometimes we realize that what we have said is wrong and ask for forgiveness, or apologize, but what we say is not the problem. "But whatever goes out of the mouth comes from within, and that's what makes a person unclean. Evil thoughts, murder, adultery, other sexual sins, stealing, lying and cursing come from within. These are the things that make a person unclean" Matthew 15:18-20 (God's Word). Lord, help me to guard my thoughts even more than my words and to confess and repent of my thoughts, just as I have to do with my words and actions.
