Genesis 3:3-4 (ESV)

The Devil's most powerful weapon to hurt us is to get us to ignore God's warnings. "...but God said, ' You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.' But the serpent said to the woman, 'You will not surely die'" Genesis 3:3-4 (ESV). It is easy to think that it doesn't matter if I skip reading the Bible today or if I skip my prayer time today. I know God says I should make disciples, but I am so busy. Satan asks us to do what is easy and comfortable, but God asks us to do what is right. Lord, give me a determination to obey and not to do what is comfortable.
