Isaiah 49: 14-16 (God's Word)
Originally published 02/16/2013
God's people were in captivity and had lost their land. "But Zion said, 'The LORD has abandoned me. My LORD has forgotten me.' Can a woman forget her nursing child? Will she have no compassion on the child from her womb? Although mothers may forget, I will not forget you. I have engraved you on the palms of my hands. Your walls are always in my presence" Isaiah 49:14-16 (God's Word). Lord, I don't think that you have abandoned me, but sometimes I feel that I have abandoned you. Keep reminding me of the promise that you will never forget me.
